Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Associate Advisor to support the Wealth Management team in delivering exceptional service to existing and prospective clients. You will gather and analyze data, design financial strategies, develop plans, and assist with portfolio implementation.

Key responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, attending meetings, and ensuring accurate documentation. Growth through professional development and industry certifications is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required or equivalent.
• 5 years of financial services experience preferred.
• Series 7 & 66 required.
• Completed or Pursuing CFP.
• Completed or Pursuing Life, Accident, Health Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors in financial planning and portfolio management.
• Create and update financial plans and investment proposals.
• Prepare client meeting materials and coordinate with internal teams.
• Attend client meetings and manage follow-up activities.
• Initiate and respond to client inquiries regarding strategies, accounts, and portfolios.
• Monitor and rebalance client portfolios to maintain target allocations.
• Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.
• Schedule and assist in preparation of client meetings.
• Track and report on account opening and asset transfer progress.
