Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management Advisor Development Program offers a pathway to becoming a Merrill Financial Advisor. The role emphasizes building a book of business, sourcing clients, and providing customized investment guidance within an in-office, collaborative environment.

Paid hourly with on-the-job coaching and formal training through the Academy, you will learn to balance growth with risk management while developing strong client relationships in the Florham Park, NJ area.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Advisors, Client Relationship Managers, and Market Supervision Managers on client servicing, risk, investments, and banking products.
• Provide excellent client service by educating clients on bank offerings.
• Ensure timely, accurate client materials and fulfill FA requests.
• Support alignment with bank policies to protect clients and manage risk.
• Identify and deepen client relationships, promoting banking solutions to FAs.
• Provide business growth support and investment solutions to multiple FAs.
