Stealth, a confidential, SEC-registered RIA, seeks a Wealth Advisor to own a defined book of client relationships and drive comprehensive financial planning, investment strategy, and wealth transfer discussions for ultra-high-net-worth families.
You will coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and other advisors, lead client meetings, and mentor Wealth Associates as they develop toward lead advisor roles in a fast-growing, independent firm.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Southeast-based firm)
Reports to: Chief Growth Officer, CEO, & President
Employment type: Full-time
We are a confidential, SEC-registered, fee-only RIA with $5-10B in client assets. Our practice is built exclusively around ultra-high-net-worth families, foundations, and endowments, not a mixed mass-affluent book. We are independently operated, which keeps our incentives aligned with our clients' rather than a parent company's. Our advisor-to-client ratio is well below industry norms, which gives our advisors the room to go deep with every family they serve, and our average client relationship reflects the complexity that comes with serious wealth.
We believe the fiduciary model exists for a reason: it lets us sit on the same side of the table as the family and start every conversation with "what is the right decision for this client." We're extending a confidential invitation to an experienced Wealth Advisor who wants to build a career around that idea.
The Wealth Advisor is the primary point of contact for a defined book of client relationships. You will see more of each family's full financial picture, coordinate across their attorneys, accountants, and other advisors, and bring the right specialists to the table as needs arise. You'll lead financial planning, investment strategy, and wealth transfer conversations, grow the relationship over time, and contribute to the firm's growth through client service and referrals. You'll work closely with Portfolio Management, Client Services, and Operations, and mentor Wealth Associates as they develop toward the lead advisor role.
We're not chasing scale for its own sake. As we grow, we want the advisor and client experience to get simpler, not more complicated, and we're investing in the people and infrastructure to make that true. Advisors who bring in and grow client relationships have a defined path to equity in the firm. We believe the whole can be greater than the sum of its parts.
