Job summary

TD Bank, N.A. is seeking a Wealth Lending Advisor to originate mortgages and consumer loans for a designated Wealth region, delivering a legendary client experience while coordinating with Relationship Managers and Underwriters.

You will work with high-net-worth clients, analyze complex financials, and identify cross-sell opportunities to TD Wealth and other TD Bank products. Collaboration with internal teams and external centers of influence is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in mortgages.
• Experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated mortgage and consumer lending space.
• Knowledge of Mortgage and Home Equity Lending for high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Collectively responsible for a shared lending goal with the assigned region.
• Maintain a network of external centers of influence to help drive origination of credit products.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to TD Wealth and TD Bank NA.
• Create scenarios, take applications and process applications with a focus on client experience.
• Work with high-net-worth clients to understand complex financial statements and legal structures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and TD policies.
