Job summary

TD Bank Group in New York, NY is seeking a Wealth Lending Specialist to support securities-based and custom lending for high-net-worth clients within TDPCW and third-party channels. You will partner with Wealth Lending Advisors, RMs, IAs to grow loan book and ensure a Legendary lending experience.

The role focuses on onboarding, loan modification, pricing, documentation, and coordination with Credit & Risk.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 3+ years related experience in production or client support.
• Series 7 encouraged but not required.
• Understanding of high-net-worth client needs and services.

Responsibilities

• Support 20-40 new securities-based loan originations per month and onboarding activities.
• Assist with loan structuring, pricing, documentation, and closing.
• Coordinate with Credit & Risk and third-party advisors to ensure compliance and timely processing.
• Proactive outreach to deepen relationships and expand lending opportunities.
