Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a Managing Director with a proven financial advisory track record to lead and grow the firm in Mountain Brook, AL. You will build and mentor a team of advisors while continuing your own client work, shaping strategy, and promoting a high-performance culture.

You will drive long-term growth, recruit talent, and leverage the firm's infrastructure and legacy to scale practices. A leadership mindset and strong client development background are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
