Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of customer service in banking or Wealth & Investment preferred.
• Notary Public credential is required or preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client interactions and servicing across deposits, wealth & investment accounts, and loans.
• Gather, verify, and process documents for new accounts and servicing requests.
• Provide detailed information on accounts and build rapport with clients.
• Proactively reach out to clients monthly and participate in Calling Days.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex account issues.
