• 2 years customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Notary Public.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day interactions with clients and servicing of the relationship.
• Obtain applicant and financial information for accounts or loans.
• Provide detailed information on specific accounts and build rapport.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex account problems.
• Proactively outreach to clients monthly and participate in Calling Days.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
