You will partner with Wealth Advisors to support sales and deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients, while maintaining knowledge of products and services to ensure service excellence.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, adherence to policies, and coverage across Private Banking, Trust, and Investment Management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required when supporting Wealth Advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to establish, document, maintain, and service banking relationships.
• Collect and verify applicant and financial information for new accounts or loans.
• Provide detailed information on accounts and build rapport with clients.
• Identify, research, and resolve complex account problems.
• Proactively reach out to clients monthly and participate in Calling Days.
