Job summary

The Huntington National Bank is seeking a Private Bank Service Specialist II to support day-to-day client interactions, documentation, maintenance, and servicing of client relationships. This role partners with Wealth Advisors to deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and to manage risk in accordance with bank policies.

Responsibilities include handling accounts, gathering required documentation, and performing proactive client outreach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years customer service experience in banking or Wealth & Investment Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day client interactions and servicing of the relationship, including accounts and wealth/investment services.
• Work with the client and/or Wealth Advisor to obtain documents needed for new accounts or loan servicing.
• Provide detailed information on specific accounts and build rapport with clients.
• Identify, research, analyze and resolve complex account problems.
• Proactively outreach to clients on a monthly basis and participate in Calling Days.
