Mercantil Commerce Bank seeks a Supervisor, Income Processing within Wealth Operations. The role leads income processing and related operational activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies and service expectations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in Trust Operations, and leadership experience, with 2+ years in asset management. Hybrid work arrangement offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3+ years of Trust Operations experience or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of asset management experience required.
• 1+ year of leadership experience required.
• Experience in Management Reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and processes for posting income transactions across securities and assets.
• Oversee free movement activities to reflect assets timely and accurately.
• Provide services for LLP/LLC, private placements, and hedge funds in special cases.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly settlement activity for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage liabilities to reduce monetary and reputational risk with high net-worth clients.
• Ensure audit and compliance requirements are met to prevent violations.
• Develop conversion and testing plans and implement enhancements with zero defects.
• Oversee workflow and communicate decisions, priorities and info to the team.
• Coach and develop team members, lead training, and handle day-to-day questions.
