Eastern Bank is seeking a Wealth Operations Specialist in Boston for a hybrid role, 2–3 days on-site. You will process and review daily wealth management operations, including account opening, transfers, cash movements, and fee administration, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes quality control, escalation support, and leadership coverage for deadlines, with 4–6 years of experience and a preferred Accounting/Finance degree. A robust benefits package is provided.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years in wealth management or financial services operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process and review new accounts and maintenance with documentation validation and OFAC screening.
• Process and review internal, external, and complex transfers; resolve aged/failed items.
• Post cash activity (ACH, check, wire); perform daily/monthly reconciliations; investigate wires.
• Set up and review fees; monitor accruals and adjustments; review fee exceptions.
• Handle securities processing, corporate actions, and settlements, including time-sensitive items.
• Conduct reconciliations and reporting; support audit and compliance activities.
• Support SOP drafting, control testing, escheatment, and BCM activities.
• Manage user access, platform administration, vendor monitoring, and change management.
• Provide QC review, training, and coverage for production deadlines.
