Commerce Bank in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Income Specialist - Wealth Operations to support accurate processing of income transactions for client accounts. You will monitor, reconcile, post income, and resolve exceptions in accordance with procedures.

The role requires an Associate’s degree and 2+ years in financial services, with a hybrid schedule (in office at least 2 days per week). Compensation ranges from $19 to $24.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 2+ years of Financial Services Industry related experience with securities knowledge preferred.
• Hybrid Schedule: In office a minimum of 2 days per week.
• Level of role is determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming income-related transactions for client accounts and ensure timely posting.
• Reconcile and balance accounts between tracking and trust systems; resolve exceptions.
• Generate and distribute income reports to enable timely collection and posting of funds.
• Communicate income-related status updates with internal partners and leadership.
• Post received income to client accounts in accordance with procedures.
