Job summary

Citigroup Inc. seeks a Wealth Growth Program Manager to orchestrate recruiting strategies for Senior Wealth Advisor candidates across the Citi footprint.

You will coordinate coverage for Regional Directors and WGEs, driving tailored approaches to attract top advisor talent and align with Citi’s objectives. You will report to the Head of National Sales Administration and Advisor Recruiting, collaborating with legal, compliance and external agencies to optimize the hiring pipeline and ensure

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in program management or executive recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced judgment and analytical skills to solve problems and develop innovative solutions.
• US FINRA Registration: SIE; Series 7; Series 63 + Series 65 (or Series 66); Series 24 (or Series 9 + Series 10).
• Must meet ALL US FINRA Registration requirements within 150 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day Advisor Recruiting program activities.
• Provide strategic direction and feedback on initiatives, aligning with business goals and metrics.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and business heads.
• Collaborate with External Recruit Agency Relationship Manager to achieve recruiting goals and maintain candidate quality.
• Identify and resolve defects in the recruiting process.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Real Estate and other teams as needed.
• Lead monthly recruiting forums with legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders to share updates and best practices.
• Enhance the Advisor Recruiting Playbook and provide coaching to RDs and WGEs on best practices.
