Citi in Hong Kong is seeking a Vice President, Wealth Portfolio Growth Manager to lead portfolio strategy and client engagement across the full spectrum of wealth clients, from affluent individuals to ultra-high net worth clients and family offices.

You will guide a team, shape strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes that matter to clients and to the business, spanning retail and private banking with global reach.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of banking experience with a focus on digital channels and cash management.
• Ability to formulate and execute portfolio management strategy across multiple client segments.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver client growth and engagement initiatives on time.
• Budget management with a focus on commercial outcomes and positive P&L contribution.
• Competence in business analysis and data interpretation to inform client strategy.
• Self-directed work style with strong prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of portfolio management strategy across all retail banking client segments.
• Direct a team of junior staff in delivering client relationship growth programs and early engagement initiatives.
• Oversee cross-selling programs for investment and insurance products with measurable outcomes.
• Manage portfolio movement by identifying upselling opportunities to bring new funds into the bank.
• Design and deliver loyalty programs and client engagement events for high-net-worth clients.
• Develop engagement strategy for international private banking clients and deepen outreach.
• Contribute to growth of high-net-worth client base and migrations between retail and private banking.
• Manage the marketing budget with accountability for P&L performance.
