Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is hiring a Licensed Relationship Manager to deliver outstanding member service while processing transactions accurately and applying a consultative, needs-based sales approach. This role promotes wealth management products and deepens member relationships through cross-selling and education.

Responsibilities include supporting memberships, loans, and investment services, handling care calls, assisting with loan queues, and collaborating with the Financial Consultant

Qualifications

• Provide superior member service through efficient and accurate transaction processing and a needs-based sales approach.
• Promote Wealth Management and cross-sell investment services.
• Maintain knowledge of HVCU products and systems to make member recommendations.
• Licensing requirements include SIE, Series 7 & 66, NMLS and Notary within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support new memberships, accounts, loans, and investment services using Series 7/66 knowledge.
• Conduct care calls and assist with loan queues to expand cross-selling opportunities.
• Refer members to Financial Consultant for products beyond approved limits.
• Assist Wealth Management Consultant with meetings, lead generation, and education of services.
