Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Notary license not specified; NMLS registration mentioned as requirement.
• Minimum 1 year customer service and sales experience in financial or retail setting.
• Teller or cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process transactions and educate members on channels.
• Use needs-based sales approach to cross-sell products.
• Open memberships, accounts, and loans; refer to partners as needed.
• Follow policies and participate in required training including BSA.
• Support branch operations and assist with inquiries from members.
• Maintain attendance and contribute to team goals.
