Qualifications

• Must be able to pass the FINRA background screening process.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
• Certification in Series 7 and 66 or ability to achieve within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior member service through efficient transaction processing.
• Monitor member care calls and assist with loan queues.
• Maintain knowledge of HVCU products to make recommendations to members.
• Support Wealth Management with informational meetings and lead generation.
• Adhere to Credit Union policies and participate in training.
