Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Licensed Relationship Manager to provide top-tier member service while expanding wealth management relationships. You will use a consultative sales approach to promote investment services and cross-sell HVCU products, establishing lifelong financial relationships.

The role emphasizes accurate transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the Financial Consultant to educate members and drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SIE certification required.
• NYS Notary Public license within 12 months of hire.
• NMLS registration required.
• Series 7 & 66 certification or ability to pass within 120 days.
• Must pass FINRA background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior member service and accurate transaction processing.
• Promote Wealth Management through cross-selling and new relationships.
• Support investment services and refer to Financial Consultant when needed.
• Assist with loan queues and member care calls to expand cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of HVCU products and recommend solutions.
• Adhere to policies, regulations, and training (BSA, etc.).
• Participate in branch operations and cash handling tasks.
• Support marketing programs and promotions to raise product awareness.
