Morgan Stanley in the United States is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Analyst to support Wealth Management’s data strategy and cloud modernization, including Snowflake centralization, data migration, and governance. The role partners with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Analytics & Data teams to translate requirements into user stories, track progress, and drive adoption.

A candidate with 4–6 years in analytics and strong SQL skills is preferred.

Competenze

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy, analytics, product support, business analysis, project management, data platforms, or technology delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document requirements and translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Jira preferred.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, and cloud data platforms preferred.
• Financial services, Wealth Management, Marketing, or client data experience is a plus.
• Undergraduate Degree required
