Atlas Search is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a global investment management environment. You will partner with Operations, Finance, and Technology to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive system implementations across asset management processes.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in financial services, strong data analysis, and proven ability to liaise between business and tech teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services or asset management.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, fund accounting, or financial reporting.
• Experience working with technology teams on system implementations or platform enhancements.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Finance to understand business processes, data flows, and controls.
• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, flow diagrams, data mappings, and functional specifications.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support system implementations, platform enhancements, and integrations.
• Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and assist with issue resolution.
