Qualifications

• 2–5 years of client service experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Series 7 and/or 65 licenses or willingness to obtain licensing while employed.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients and their accountants with account statements, tax documents, and portfolio information with exceptional service.
• Collect and review onboarding documents for clients and investments.
• Monitor capital calls, subscription activity, and redemption schedules for alternatives.
• Support account maintenance, cash management, and other client service requests with the team.
