Job summary

NewEdge Capital Group LLC is seeking a Client Service Associate in Wayzata, MN to support UHNW clients with reporting, operations, and marketing. You will prepare asset allocation reviews, investment proposals, and customized materials to aid advisors and client relationships.

The role involves relationship management, portfolio reporting, and CRM upkeep in a collaborative, in-office environment in Wayzata.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of client service experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Series 7 and/or 65 licenses or willingness to obtain while employed.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support relationship management with clients and accountants by providing statements, tax documents, and portfolio information.
• Generate portfolio reports and analyses, and assist in creating marketing/review materials for client meetings.
• Prepare asset allocation reviews and investment proposal materials to support portfolio recommendations.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely execution of client requests.
