Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a reliable Client Assistant to liaise between clients, Financial Advisors and back‑office operations, and to update and organize branch and client files. You will support brokerage and direct accounts and ensure an outstanding client experience.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, 5–7 years in financial services, 2+ years as Registered Client Assistant, FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 7 or 6, and 63), Virginia life insurance and annuities licenses.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
• Minimum 5–7 years in the financial services industry
• 2+ years as a Registered Client Assistant required
• FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 7 or 6 and 63 required
• Virginia life insurance and annuities licenses required

Responsibilities

• Assist Financial Advisors
• Ensure outstanding client experience
• Maintain and service client needs for brokerage and direct accounts
• Communicate with teammates to exchange information and provide service
• Establish and update department/client files and records
• Compile data and perform moderate mathematical calculations for reports
• Adhere to company policies, laws, and regulations
• Mentor Client Assistant I & II positions
• Perform other duties as assigned
