Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a client services professional to coordinate client meetings, review paperwork, and support account operations at our Alexandria, VA location.

You will monitor client account activity, verify trades, assist with transfers, and help ensure compliance and data accuracy while maintaining confidentiality. A bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients and preparing for appointments.
• Supervise client account activity and research/resolve issues.
• Prepare and review all new account paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify trades are entered into the correct model and assist with transfers and rollovers.
• Document client achievements and data to support future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support firm initiatives and participate in company projects and product rollouts.
