Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Client Services professional to partner with Financial Planners and deliver a high level of service to clients. The role requires two years of relevant financial services experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a solid understanding of finance and markets.

You will support client relationships, complete required paperwork, and help ensure accurate accounts while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in financial services or a Registered Investment Advisor/Broker-Dealer setting preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing work demands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, prepare paperwork and support account setup.
• Supervise client account activity, research and resolve issues.
• Review new account paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with rollovers, transfers, and funding to ensure proper accounts movement.
• Document client achievements and relevant data in systems for future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness, align with policies and regulatory procedures.
• Support company projects and participate in initiatives as needed.
• Represent CSA voice in projects and product rollouts.
