Job summary

Edelman Financial Engines is seeking a Client Services teammate to partner with the Financial Planner, delivering high-level client service and ensuring smooth administration of accounts.

The role focuses on coordinating meetings, handling paperwork, and maintaining confidential client information while upholding the firm's core values and standards. A strong finance background and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience (RIA or Broker/Dealer) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good understanding of finance and investment markets/securities.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, including greeting clients and preparing paperwork.
• Supervise client account activity, researching and resolving issues.
• Prepare and review all new account paperwork for completeness.
• Verify accounts are traded into the accurate model and assist operations teams as needed.
• Document key client achievements and data to assist future interactions.
• Maintain risk awareness and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory procedures.
• Support firm initiatives and participate in company projects and events.
