Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in client service within finance, hospitality, or similar industries.
• Strong attention to detail, even under pressure.
• Calm, collaborative team player with ability to manage priorities.
• Discretion, tact, and adaptability to changing demands.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service.
• Direct contact with sophisticated high and ultra-high net worth clients on daily inquiries and account servicing.
• Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities.
• Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like.
• Collaborate to ensure all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a client matrix for scheduling and follow up with clients and prospects.
• Manage a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate and timely results.
• Educate clients on comprehensive account services and capabilities of the team.
• Plan, create and implement team marketing events and marketing materials.
