Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a client associate to:

• Help support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• Direct contact with sophisticated high and ultra-high net worth clients including executives, business owners, multigeneration families and complex layered entities on daily inquiries and account servicing (general account queries, service requests, investment orders, distributions, etc.)
• Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a client matrix for scheduling and follow up with clients and prospects
• Manage a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results
• Educate clients on comprehensive account services and capabilities of the team
• Plan, create and implement team marketing events and marketing materials

You’ll be working with a Private Wealth Team located in Winter Park, FL. As a client associate, you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. Our team delivers tailored products, strategies and services for the families we serve. As a Client Service Associate, you'll play an important role in partnering and supporting our Financial Advisors to provide personalized service for clientele, team support and overall growth of the business.

Your Skills And Experience

• Client service experience within the finance, hospitality or similar industries.
• Unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
• Team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
• Works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
• Preferably already Registered and Licensed with FINRA - SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 or is willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor Degree preferred
