Job summary

UBS is seeking an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our Warren, New Jersey branch on the Field Operations team. You will perform cash management, securities processing, and record-keeping while greeting clients and assisting visitors with exceptional service.

You will cultivate partnerships with financial advisors, coordinate with the operations function, and maintain regulatory awareness to support compliant, smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of client service experience in finance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Independent, proactive and self-motivated

You’ll be working in person within a WMA branch office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.

Your expertise

• ideally 3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's or master`s degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
• proven written and verbal communication skills
• independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
• passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
• self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations

• United States - New Jersey - Warren min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum
