Key qualifications include FINRA Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 licenses, or licenses obtained within 120 days, and at least 1 year of financial services experience. On-site work at the Phoenix Peak location through 2026 with a planned move to Scottsdale in 2026.

Qualifications

• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license.
• Active and valid FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 license (or obtained within 120 days).
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Support high net-worth clients and Wealth Advisors with operational requests.
• Deliver high-touch service and ensure positive client outcomes.
• Anticipate needs and resolve issues with clear communication.
• Coordinate portfolio management and financial planning inquiries.
