Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Concierge for Schwab Wealth Advisory in the Phoenix area to support high net-worth clients and Wealth Advisors. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing operational requests, and helping achieve positive client outcomes.

The position requires active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 licenses (or to obtain within 120 days) and at least 1 year of financial services experience. On-site work at our Phoenix and Scottsdale offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Active FINRA Series 66 or Series 63/65 license (or to be obtained within 120 days).
• Minimum 1 year of financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Support high net-worth clients, Wealth Advisors, and internal partners by handling operational requests.
• Deliver high-touch service and ensure accurate case management and follow-up.
• Assist with portfolio management and financial planning inquiries, maintaining processes and standards.
