WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position is ideal for an experienced advisor who has built a personal practice and now aims to lead others while continuing to serve clients.

As Managing Director, you will build and lead a team of experienced advisors, recruit and mentor colleagues, and foster a high-performance culture that drives long-term growth for the firms brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Strong client development, planning and relationship management.
• Leadership with mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Long-term growth mindset and business-driven approach.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
