WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position focuses on building and leading a team of experienced advisors while continuing your own client work.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop the team, foster a high-performance culture, and help steer the firm's growth strategy, backed by a long history and strong brand in financial services.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of financial services experience with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 preferred; sponsorship available if not held.
• Proven ability to develop clients and manage relationships.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; strategic growth mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
