Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Concierge Team Manager to lead a team of registered professionals who support high-net-worth, fee-paying clients as dedicated operational support for Schwab Wealth Advisors and Financial Consultants.

You will coach and develop talent, manage day-to-day operations, and drive service improvements through data-driven insights while maintaining a client-first mindset. This role requires in-office collaboration and will be on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active FINRA Series 7 license.
• Active FINRA Series 66 license (may be conditional).
• Active FINRA Series 9/10 license (may be conditional).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of registered professionals supporting Wealth Advisors and Financial Consultants.
• Coach and develop staff through feedback and performance conversations.
• Manage day-to-day operations and optimize service delivery.
• Collaborate with SWA service teams and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
