Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program. You will work with high-net-worth clients to identify needs, build relationships, review goals, and deliver tailored recommendations.

You’ll be mentored by Merrill advisor teams to grow a productive practice. Role focuses on sourcing clients, leveraging referrals, and coordinating with banking and investment partners to deliver holistic financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7 and 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of 1 year in financial services or a sales environment with results.
• Minimum of 1 year in investments with training and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill/Bank capabilities and refer to internal specialists as needed.
• Collect client profile data following KYC to open accounts.
• Provide recommendations as interim Financial Advisor based on client goals.
• Document all client interactions in Salesforce.
