The position requires Series 7/66 and Life & Health licenses, strong communication, and daily travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Series 7, Series 66, Life and Health licenses required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Prior Sales experience in a bank environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel daily to generate business and/or meet with clients within given territory is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree and advanced designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with/train branch employees to develop a referral pipeline and hit referral goals.
• Meet with referred customers in bank settings or at homes/offices.
• Collect and analyze customer data to tailor financial products to needs.
• Provide guidance on advantages/disadvantages of financial products.
• Close sufficient volume from referrals to attain gross revenue production.
• Market, service and promote the Bank's financial products to obtain new business.
• Identify and refer qualified clients to affiliated Wealth Management Group.
• Account-manage existing brokerage customers and refer customers with banking needs.
• Pursue ongoing self-education to stay current and licensed.
• Prepare reports and present as appropriate.
