• Proven coaching and teaching skills to transfer knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions with retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales.
• Handle daily client needs and problems; prioritize tasks.
• Post-appointment follow-up to develop referrals from existing clients.
• Coordinate sales planning for self and team to drive results.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products through study and coursework.
• Conduct internal seminars for business development and growth.
