Job summary

Bank of America seeks candidates for the Merrill Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor. You will engage high-net-worth clients, build relationships, assess goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client objectives.

You’ll collaborate with Merrill teams to grow portfolios and receive mentorship through a structured training path. Role emphasizes sourcing clients, referrals, and balancing growth with compliance.

Qualifications

• Hold Series 7 and 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year experience in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
• Minimum of one year experience in investments with product knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to quickly build trust.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings and opportunities.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data and follow KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor; recommend suitable products/services.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
