Job summary

Kestra Investment Management, part of Kestra Holdings, seeks an Investment Specialist to drive business development, grow assets under management, and strengthen advisor relationships across Kestra Financial, Kestra Private Wealth Services, and Bluespring Wealth Partners.

You will introduce investment models and portfolio construction strategies, expand the advisor network, promote platform adoption, and deliver tailored guidance that aligns with client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and develop advisor relationships across platforms.
• Experience with wealth management products and independent advisors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive outreach to independent financial advisors and RIAs, educating them on Kestra Investment Management’s investment solutions.
• Initiate relationships with first-time Kestra partners and drive lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and adoption.
• Build advisor partnerships by understanding investment philosophies and aligning solutions to grow client businesses.
• Provide responsive, consultative service and portfolio insights to support decision-making.
