Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Wealth Banker based in Pittsburgh to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition and retention. You will proactively generate leads, manage client appointments, and deepen share of wallet with existing clients while leveraging bank products and advisory partnerships.

You will build internal and external relationships, oversee risk and profitability, and deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of wealth management products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Generate and manage leads and client appointments.
• Own client relationships and ensure expansion opportunities are captured.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver tailored financial solutions and services.
