Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is hiring for an Advisor Development Program–Financial Advisor in Boulder, CO. You will work with high-net-worth individuals, identify needs, develop relationships, review goals, and deliver tailored recommendations while being mentored by experienced teams to grow your portfolio.

The role emphasizes sourcing clients, presenting end-to-end wealth solutions, and collaborating with banking and investment partners to meet client financial goals and life

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses.
• Minimum of one year experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Minimum of one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.

Responsibilities

• Developing a book of business to meet and exceed established performance hurdles.
• Prioritize sourcing prospective clients and referrals, assess needs, and deliver customized solutions.
• Recommend investment products aligned with client objectives, resources, time horizon and risk profile.
• Balance growth, referrals, follow-up, prospecting, and compliance in daily planning.
• Organize resources to run a productive practice and collaborate with specialists as needed.
• Complete mandated trainings and performance goals.
