The Associate Financial Advisor role focuses on consulting, relationship-building, and delivering investment and insurance solutions to a broad client base.

You’ll work with a Wealth Management team, handle member referrals and leads, and use modern advisory tools to help clients reach their goals in a compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in sales/delivery of personal investment products and services.
• FINRA Registration: Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & Series 65).
• California Life Agent license with variable contracts preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is helpful.
• Hybrid-eligible after training with three days on-site; must reside within 50 miles of Santa Ana.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals, existing investment accounts, and leads from the Contact Center.
• Conduct financial reviews and help members pursue their financial goals.
• Prepare and present personalized financial plans and retirement strategies.
• Recommend investment and insurance solutions aligned with each member’s needs.
• Partner with mutual funds, insurers, brokers/RIAs to deliver service.
• Utilize digital advisory tools to offer modern investment solutions.
• Stay current on market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliant client records per FINRA/regulatory standards.
