Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7 and 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met.
• Minimum of one year in investments industry with training and product knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with ability to build trust.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings and presents the full breadth of Firm capabilities.
• Develops a client book by sourcing and networking, using referrals and prospecting.
• Recommends suitable investment products aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.
• Balances growth with administrative tasks, planning and ongoing client contact.
• Documents client interactions in Salesforce and collaborates with banking and investment partners.
• Completes mandated training and ongoing professional development requirements.
