Job summary

Merrill Advisor Development Program – Financial Advisor seeks a motivated professional to build a book of business with high-net-worth clients. You will identify needs, develop relationships, review goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations, while collaborating with Merrill Advisor Teams to drive portfolio growth.

You will engage in training through an award-winning Academy, receive coaching, and grow knowledge to provide end-to-end financial guidance. Shift is 1st, USA hours, 40 per week.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required (63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum 1 year experience in financial services or sales with targets.
• Minimum 1 year experience in investments industry with product knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; quickly build trust and credibility.
• Ability to assess needs and tailor solutions; collaborate with team.
• Proven ability to source clients through prospecting and networking.
• High motivation with performance-driven compensation.
• Strong follow-through and time management.
• Comfort with using MS Office and Salesforce for client data and reporting

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures; open accounts as appropriate.
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor; recommend suitable investment products/ services.
• Document all client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
