• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Collects necessary client profile data, following standard KYC procedures.
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor, providing recommendations.
• Documents all client interactions in Salesforce accurately.
