Job summary

Beacon Pointe is seeking motivated Wealth Advisors to join our nationally recognized RIA and help clients meet their financial goals. This role emphasizes building a larger book of business by leveraging existing client relationships and our resources to deliver growth-oriented guidance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor, a fiduciary mindset, and are capable of acquiring new clients. CFP® highly preferred; FINRA licenses or the ability to obtain them.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth.
• CFP® highly preferred and fiduciary mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best-in-class client experience.
• Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
