This role is designed for advisors with an established client base who want to grow a larger book of business by delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth.
• CFP certification highly preferred.
• Client-first, fiduciary mindset.
• FINRA registrations or advisory licenses, or the ability to obtain them.
• Background in a wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, bank, or RIA environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best-in-class client experience
• Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
