Beacon Pointe is seeking motivated Wealth Advisors to join our nationwide team. This role targets advisors with established client relationships who want to grow a larger book of business over the next few years.

You will deliver tailored financial planning and investment guidance, collaborating with internal specialists and leveraging Beacon Pointe’s resources to expand your client base while maintaining a fiduciary, client-first approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth; capable of generating new business
• Financial planning experience; CFP® highly preferred
• Client-first, fiduciary mindset
• FINRA registrations or advisory licenses, or the ability to obtain them
• Background in a wirehouse, independent broker-dealer, bank, or RIA environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best-in-class client experience
• Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
