Job summary

Mechanics Bank is seeking a Wealth Advisor affiliated with LPL Financial to deliver investment products and advisory solutions at our Walnut Creek, Danville, Lafayette, or Concord branches. You will act as a dedicated advisor, building trusted client relationships and partnering with branch teams to meet client financial goals.

You will drive a needs-based, holistic approach to financial solutions across investments, insurance, and brokerage services.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of two years investment sales experience.
Active Life Insurance license and FINRA registrations (Series 7, 63, 65/66 as applicable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and related broker-dealer applications.

Responsibilities

Utilize a consultative, holistic approach to sales and client needs.
Provide NDIPs and services to branch customers.
Deliver needs-based financial solutions across brokerage, advisory, and insurance products.
Maintain regulatory compliance and professional ethics.
Build relationships with branch staff and centers of influence; drive referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
